TheSpinedLife started in the middle of the night in Huntsville, Alabama, because I couldn't find anything that actually fit the energy of the books I was reading. If you live for morally grey leads, toxic tropes, and stories that make you question your own sanity, you are in the right place.

For us, the story doesn't end when you close the cover. It stays with you, in the way you think about fictional men at 2 AM, in the playlists you build for chapters that wrecked you, in the way you reach for your mug and wish it said something that understood you.
