Shipping policy

At TheSpinedLife, we believe in "slow-burn" retail. Every item you order is printed specifically for you the moment your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and ensures your bookish goods are curated with care.

🖤 Handling & Production Time (The "Print" Phase) Before your order ships, it must be printed.

  • Standard Handling Time: 2–5 business days.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays, production may take up to 7 business days.

🖤 Shipping & Transit Times (The "Transit" Phase) Once your item is printed and leaves the fulfillment center, standard transit times apply:

  • Domestic (USA): 3–5 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

  • Note: If you order multiple items (e.g., a tumbler and a tote), they may ship in separate packages. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

🖤 Tracking Your Order You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update once you receive it.

🖤 Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • Service Area: We currently only ship to the United States.

  • Free Shipping: All orders qualify for free standard shipping within the USA.

🖤 Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Because our automated system sends orders to production quickly, we are often unable to change the delivery address once the printing process has begun.
