At TheSpinedLife, we want you to love your bookish goods. Because each item is made to order just for you, our return and refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and our small business.
Made-to-Order Items
Each piece is printed after your order is placed, which means we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color choice, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
Please review the size guide, product details, color options, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thespinedlife@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of what happened
Once reviewed, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund when applicable.
Return Shipping
Please do not mail items back to the return address on the shipping label. These addresses belong to third-party fulfillment centers and cannot process returns.
If a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on the next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
Because every item is made specifically for you, we do not offer direct exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles.
